Leads are NOT permanently deleted in Pipecycle. When a lead is deleted, it will be in "Deleted users" screen. They can be restored at any point of time.

Assigning all leads from one user to another user is as easy as ABC in PipeCycle.
Go to "reassign Leads" screen and re-assign all leads from one user to another user.
As of now, you can add leads into your account in 3 ways :
1. Manually Create one lead at a time
Click on 'Plus' button on 'Open' screen, you will be taken to 'Create lead' screen on which you can enter lead details.
There will be 3 fields by default, you can add more fields if you want to enter more details.
Once you add more fields in Create Lead screen, the same number of fields will be shown to all your team members.
When you login into web version, you will see the same number of fields in 'Create Lead' screen.
2. Import from contacts
a) On 'Create lead' screen, click on 'Import from Contacts' button.
b) Your phone contacts will be displayed. Select checkboxes and save
c) You can select multiple leads and save
3. Upload excel sheet
This is available in web version only. You can login into your account using the web address https://PipeCycleCRM.com
a) Go to "Import/Upload leads" on left navigation
b) Download your "excel template" using "download your file template"
c) Fill up the excel sheet
d) Upload file
Yes, PipeCycle supports both individuals and teams. You can create as many teams/branch offices you want and add as many Admin and Normal users as required.
Even if you lose your phone, your data will be safe in our servers. You can use another phone and login into PipeCycle.
You will find all the data which you had saved before.
Data is always in sync between web and mobile versions of PipeCycle. All leads you created using your mobile app can be found on web version too.
Data syncing is immediate and there won't be any delay.

You can "Disable" this user on "User Management" screen.
